on the south side with view to the Austrian Alps has a comfortable
living room with TV and radio with bluetooth and separate bedroom with bathroom.

The integrated kitchen has a spacious fridge, vitroceramic hob, microwave and coffeemachine.

If you want, we can bring you fresh bread rolls in the morning or you can have breakfast in our breakfast
room.

If necessary you can rent an
additional bedroom for 1 person (room 11). Perfect for families with a grown up child or who may be travelling together with a friend.
